Awards: Albert H. Hall Memorial Award
The NIGP Board of Directors established the Albert H. Hall Award in 1977 (replacing the NIGP Fellow Award) as the highest form of recognition offered by the Institute. The purpose of this award is to recognize a former or present member who has made outstanding contributions to NIGP over an extended period of time. Established in 1977, the Institute named the award in honor of NIGP's founder, Albert H. Hall, who served as the organization's first Executive Vice President from 1944 to 1975.
